Curtis Clark took the minutes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Opens: - None. ------------- Review of ARs: - None. -------------------------- Call for patent disclosure: - None. ------------------------- Review of Meeting Minutes: Arpad asked for any comments or corrections to the minutes of the March 10 meeting. Bob moved to approve the minutes. Randy seconded the motion. There were no objections. ------------- New Discussion: Discussion on "Gap in IBIS for sampling with statistical mode AMI models": Hansel reported that he is working on a BIRD draft. He is collaborating with Walter and expects to have something to review in ATM within the next few weeks. DDR Clock Forwarding: Fangyi shared the latest draft of his BIRD. He noted that Michael Mirmak had mentioned that it wasn't easy to imagine the simulation flow without a diagram. Therefore, Fangyi had added an illustration from his presentation to the BIRD. The new figure is intended to be part of the specification. Radek noted one editorial issue. Step1: underneath the figure said: "compute analog channel output according to current spec" Radek suggested that "current spec" would not be a meaningful phrase once this was folded into the specification. He suggested "according to IBIS 7.0" instead. Arpad suggested specifying the range of versions, starting from 5.1 since the flow in 5.0 was corrected in 5.1. Fangyi changed the text to: "compute analog channel output according to IBIS 5.1 - 7.0" Fangyi said he had nothing more to add to the BIRD at present. Arpad asked if we were ready to vote to submit it to the Open Forum. Ambrish suggested we take one more week to review it and vote at the next meeting. Fangyi said he would send the modified draft to the ATM list. Arpad said he would ask Steve Parker to post it to the ATM archives. BCI for statistical mode: No new discussion. BIRD201 is still waiting for feedback. - Bob: Motion to adjourn. - Curtis: Second. - Arpad: Thank you all for joining. ------------- Next meeting: 24 March 2020 12:00pm PT ------------- IBIS Interconnect SPICE Wish List: 1) Simulator directives
